Tonight’s UFC on VERSUS 2 card kicks off a loaded next few months of MMA action after a slight lull. Tonight, Jon Jones looks to further his claim as a contender for the light heavyweight title against Vladimir Matyushenko. Here are my picks.

As far as picks go, I had a decent night going 6-5 on the night.

However, I did lose my fantasy fight in Junkie Fighting Championship. My opponent picked the first three fights almost as perfect as you possibly could, as well as picking two other fights I didn’t.

In the first three fights, he top locked and correctly picked rounds, and methods with the exception of one method where he had SUB instead of DEC.

Although I lost the matchup and am now officially 0-1 in the JFC, there was little to no shame as my opponent did an outstanding job and was on of the highest scorers of the night.

My UFC picks record on the year is 62-48 (56%).

Tonight’s fight will mark my second head to head fantasy fight, my first official to count on my record despite losing in my debut. Though this is my second fight, it is my debut in the JEC, the lower tier organization pickfight league.

Overall, at least on a head to head level, the is fairly easy to pick if you’ve done your homework, at least as the  main card is concerned. So much so that my  opponent, JSEAR94 and I have the exact same picks throughout.

This matchup is going to come down to round and method predictions. Whatever the case may be, it should be an exciting one.

GoodGame Signs With JFC for Fantasy Fighting

That’s right. I’m taking my picks to the big leagues and I have officially signed with Junkie Fighting Championships via MMAJunkie.com

In my first bout I will be representing GGB and camp Wrecking Crew in my first ever fantasy MMA fight. The bout will be against unassail08, another debute fantasy fighter (FF) in the JFC. The matchup will be a smokers bout, meaning it will not officially count on our records, but should be a great test. The fight will also round out the undecard on a huge fight card: the Junkie vs MMA Weekly. It is an honor to say the least.

I’ll keep everyone updated on the fight and what the outcome is.
